Harold Knerr Dinglehoofer und his Dog Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 5-2-43 (King Features Syndicate, 1943). This strip started as the companion strip to Knerr's Katzenjammer Kids, and it was originally titled Dinglehoffer und his Dog Adolph. The title was changed 3-29-36. This Sunday strip was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 17" x 8". The logo is a stat paste-up. The toned board has some handling wear.
