Charlie Adlard Image+ #9 "Here's Negan" Story Page 3 Original Art (Image, 2016). On this page from the special that explored Negan's backstory -- before he became a fan-favorite antihero known for extreme violence and as a major adversary to Rick Grimes and his crew -- Negan takes out his first walkers using what would become his trademark weapon: a baseball bat (not yet wrapped in barbed wire) that he named "Lucille".Here's Negan was originally published as a 16-part serial in Image+ issues #1-16 in 2016, before being collected into the one-shot special The Walking Dead: Here's Negan. This particular page first appeared as Story Page 3 in "Here's Negan: Chapter 9" in Image+ #9, and later as Story Page 35 in the collected edition of The Walking Dead: Here's Negan.
Crafted in ink over graphite on Image Comics Bristol board with an image area of 6.75" x 10.25". Signed in the lower area by Charlie Adlard and in Excellent condition.
