Description
The Jetsons "Jetson's Nite Out" Elroy, Uniblab, Henry Orbit, and Technicians Layout Drawing Group of 5 (Hanna-Barbera, 1962). Created by the great Hanna-Barbera character designer and layout artist Dick Bickenbach, this is a stellar set of five original layout drawings created for The Jetsons episode "Jetson's Nite Out." This entry of the first season of The Jetsons follows George and Mr. Spacely as they decide to attend a football game by fooling their wives into thinking they are working late. Needless to say, the plan doesn't quite work out in their favor. This generous helping is rendered in graphite and color pencil on 12 field animation paper. The five drawings feature Elroy, Uniblab, Henry Orbit, and two technicians from the episode. Minor handling and edge wear, and the drawings bear the production number V-3. Light tearing on some edges, and light age-related toning. The Uniblab drawing shows trimming, and the condition is Very Good.Auction Info
