Peter Pan: Return to Never Land Peter Pan Animation Drawing Pair (Walt Disney, 2002). "Peter... Pan?" From the 2002 sequel to the 1953 Disney classic comes a fantastic consecutive pair of original animation drawings of Peter Pan from Return to Never Land. This digitally colored animated feature follows Jane, Wendy's daughter, who arrives in Never Land by ship after she is abducted from her home at the hands of the nefarious Captain Hook. Peter's voice was provided by Blayne Weaver in this sequel as the character's original voice actor Bobby Driscoll (1937 - 1968) tragically passed in his early 30s from heart failure. These great images both feature a nearly full-figured Peter Pan sitting cross-legged with an expression of utter shock. They have been rendered in graphite and colored pencil on 12 field animation paper to similar character sizes of approximately 4.5" x 7.25" each, with both sheets bearing production sequence numbers/timing in the upper right corner. With minimal studio handling and wear including superficial surface wrinkles and faint corner creasing, overall this delightful pair is in Very Good to Fine condition.Auction Info
