Description
Tim Vigil Masques #1 Splash Page 2 Original Art (Innovation, 1992). A man is consumed by Cancer in the final splash of the two-page horror story, "A Billion Monstrosities". This page was reprinted in Rebel Studios' Dark Utopia #1 (1997). Near twice-up scale in ink and screentone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 11.75" x 17.75". Slight toning, stat title/text paste-ups, paste-up under the credits box, trimmed top/bottom edges, registration tape mark in the top/bottom margins, yellowing shading film, ink fade in the right side text balloon, whiteout corrections/touch-ups, with horizontal creases, light staining, and handling wear.
