Dale Messick Cut-Outs - Brenda Star Topper Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 7-13-52 (Chicago Tribune, 1952). Dale Messick's fashion designs for her Brenda Starr paper dolls are still pretty snazzy by today's standards! From slick and elegant to fun and flirty, they were created in ink and watercolor over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 28.25" x 6". There is a bit of paste-up glue residue on the logo, small creases, corner wear, marginal pinholes, and moderate toning. In Very good condition.Auction Info
