Walt Kelly Pogo Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 2 (Hall Syndicate, 1963-1966). Kelly's sarcastic swampland characters transformed the Funny Animal comics genre into something deeper and uniquely memorable. Dates are 1-21-1963, and 1-7-1966. Ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with image areas of 18.5" x 5". Soft edge and and handling wear, vertical fold creasing down the middle, marginal production notes, pinholes, and light toning.
