Description

Scott Gross Looney Tunes #200 Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote and others Cover Pencils Original Art Group of 5 (DC, 2011). For the milestone 200th issue of Looney Tunes, Gross was given the ultimate animated assignment: fit nearly every major character into one wild, gag-filled cover. His solution? A delightfully chaotic, Rube Goldberg-inspired contraption featuring Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote, Daffy Duck, Foghorn Leghorn, Elmer Fudd, Speedy Gonzales, Pepe Le Pew, Porky Pig, Road Runner, Yosemite Sam, Sylvester, and yes, even Tweety -- each hilariously caught up in a chain reaction of cartoon mischief. It's a full-on Warner Bros. reunion with gears, gadgets, and gags galore. Also included is a statement by Gross, sharing the behind-the-scenes origin of the cover and walking readers through every twist and turn of his mechanical masterpiece. Rendered in graphite over red printed lines and red pencil on paper with an image area of 6.75" x 8.75". Signed by Gross in the center right image area and again in the letter. Smudging and minor handling wear. Overall, in Excellent condition. Comes with two copies of the published comic and a COA.
