The glamourous member of the Inner Circle, Emma Frost, known also as the White Queen, is shown in this great hand-painted production cel from X-Men: The Animated Series. The telepathic villain resolved to harness the power of Dark Phoenix measures 5.25" x 5.75" in the 12 field size production cel numbered C23 in the top right corner.
