Disney Educational Film - "Elect Donald - World's Greatest Duck" Production Cel and Key Master Background (Walt Disney, c. 1970s-80s). A Disney Educational film or filmstrip concerning communication was the source for this very cool hand-painted setup featuring Donald Duck, standing before a billboard with his image as presidential candidate. Wak! Small but nice full-figure image of Donald in front of billboard, standing 2.5". Background of billboard is a black line art cel with hand-painted colors on board. The setup is matted with an opening of 12" x 9", with an overall mat size of 18" x 15". Condition is Fine.More information about Walt Disney Studios - Fab Five.
