Warren Kremer and Jacqueline Roettcher (team attributed) Richie Rich & Casper #13 "Super-Perfect Monster: The Return of Dr. Frankenspook - Part III" Complete 5-Page Chapter Original Art (Harvey, 1976). Richie joins Casper and Wendy in trying to stop Dr. Frankenspook's rampage. Twice-up scale in ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with image areas of 12" x 18". Slight toning, discolored stat logo paste-up with excess adhesive staining on the first page, trimmed edges, whiteout corrections, with light handling wear.
