Description
Mickey's Service Station Mickey Mouse, Long-Billed Donald Duck, and Goofy Trio of Animation Drawings (Walt Disney, 1935). If you've been looking for a great group of animation drawings of this timeless animated trio, you've come to the right place! This fantastic group of three 12 field 2-peghole animation drawings were created for the Ben Sharpsteen-directed short Mickey's Service Station, where these three characters first appeared as a comedy trio. This lot includes each character on a separate page, Mickey and Goofy rendered in graphite and Donald rendered in graphite with color pencil. All are full figure. Mickey can be found at about 0:53, Donald looks to have been created for about 5:26, and Goofy looks to have been made for about 4:38. The pages are noted as 67, 62, and 60 with Goofy's page including a few additional notes. Mickey's page has a trimmed piece of paper attached that was likely used for inter-office communication. Very Good condition with minor edge and handling wear and light age-related toning.Auction Info
