Drew Struzan Muppet Treasure Island Movie Poster Long John Silver Portrait Painting Illustration Original Art (Walt Disney, 1996). A stunning portrait of Long John Silver, as portrayed by Tim Curry in the feature film Muppet Treasure Island, created for the original movie poster. This piece was used as a head replacement for the final painting, likely because of an editorial decision. This rare published Struzan piece was created in mixed media on illustration board with an image area of 9" x 11". Paper and acetate overlays and light handling wear. Signed by Struzan in the lower image area and in Excellent condition.Auction Info
