Ron Wilson and Mike Gustovich What If...? #1 Story Page 9 Original Art (Marvel, 1989). "What If the Avengers Had Lost the Evolutionary War?" We see the affects of the High Evolutionary's Genetic Bomb on normal people, as well as superheroes, including Iron Man, Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Hulk, and Daredevil. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15.25". Slight toning, trimmed top edge, pinhole in the first panel, tape on the top/bottom edges, editorial notes and whiteout corrections, taped page number paste-up at the bottom, with light staining and handling wear.
