Description

Mickey's Kangaroo Mickey Mouse and Kangaroos Animation Drawing Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1935). In this short directed by David Hand and released to theaters on 4/13/1935, Mickey Mouse receives a pet kangaroo named Hoppy from a friend in Australia. Hoppy and her pesky son, or "joey," drive Pluto crazy by smashing his new dog house, eating from his bowl, squirting him with water from a well pump, and sending him careening down a hill in a wayward wheelbarrow! Here is a fantastic group of three original animation drawings from this classic Disney short. The three drawings depict Mickey Mouse and both kangaroos, with each character on their own drawing. Just look at that incredible, full-figure image of Mickey Mouse! The drawings are rendered with graphite on 12 field, 2-peghole animation paper. They are numbered in their lower right corners with 30, 203, and 308. These great pieces are in Very Good to fine condition, with minor handling and edge wear, including minor age-related toning.
