James Bama "Phantom City" Doc Savage Limited Edition Print #246/1100 (Conde Nast Publications, 1993). Doc needs another fresh shirt in this dynamic cover painting image from the tenth Bantam Doc Savage paperback edition. The Phantom City was originally published in 1933 in Doc Savage Magazine and is considered a high point in the Kenneth Robeson (aka Lester Dent) Doc Savage novels. This great print of James Bama's (1926 - 2022) painting captures the iconic superman of the pulps in all his rugged glory in an image measuring approximately 11.5" x 12.5". The print is matted with an opening of 12.5" x 19.75" and is framed using glass for an overall size of 18.25" x 26". All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition. Print condition is Fine with very light handling.
