Walt Simonson and Tom Palmer Star Wars #58 Story Page 18 Original Art (May, 1982). C-3PO and R2-D2 rocket through space with shielding failing and heat rising as their momentum spirals out of control pushing them toward an unavoidable plunge from the episode "Sundown", illustrated and co-written by Walt Simonson. Ink and white paint over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Lightly toned, irregularly trimmed top edge and corners, and light handling wear. In Excellent condition.From The Tom Palmer Collection.
