Frank Thorne Dr. Guy Bennett Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 5 (Lafave Newspaper Features, 1960). Long before he became known as the wild-man wizard-artist of Marvel's Red Sonja books, Thorne was producing Dr. Guy Bennett as a low-key feature in the tradition of Rex Morgan, M.D., or Judge Parker. Dates are 3-21 through 3-25 of 1960. There is mild toning, edge and handling wear, and marginal pinholes. In Very Good condition.From the Personal Collection of Frank Thorne.
