Hank Ketcham Dennis the Menace Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 7-10-66 (Hall Syndicate, 1966). Dennis' imagination turns a broom into a horse as he tries to ride off into the sunset. His hat and western attire bring to mind images of the his alter-ego, DQ Kid, the Diary Queen mascot from the 1970s. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 19.75" x 13.25", matted out to24" x 23". Board is lightly toned with light edge and handling wear. Art is in otherwise in Excellent condition.Auction Info
