Bruce Day - Football Gag Illustration Original Art, Group of 2 (circa 1973). Mad-man Jerry DeFuccio brought the hilarious sports cartooning of Bruce Day to the attention of the "usual gang of idiots" at Mad in the seventies, and Day's art appeared in Mad #168 and 172. Day is a former Arizona State football player and his cartoons have also appeared in Pro Quarterback magazine. These two goofy gridiron scenes are sure to bring a smile to any football fan's face. These mixed-media drawings have an approximate overall size of 9" x 11", and the art is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
