The Deadly Dozen made their first appearance in this issue, their most notable member being Sniffer, who was a villain here before returning as a humor feature later! Also debuting in this issue is Jinx, the sidekick of Thirteen. There's also the start of the Ghost vs. Claw serial. Charles Biro drew the issue's cover.
