Bugs Bunny's Bustin' Out All Over Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1980). Original hand-painted production cel of baby Bugs and baby Elmer from the "Portrait of an Artist as a Young Bunny" segment of this 1980 TV special. The art has been matted to an image area of 12" x 9.5" and it is in Excellent condition. Includes a COA, and a Chuck Jones Enterprises seal at the lower left.
