All Star Comics #21 Mile High pedigree (DC, 1944) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. The sharp edges and great colors of this copy are exactly what you look for in a Mile High; it appears that only a corner "ding" at the top left kept this one from a higher grade. This issue marked the last appearance in the series for two founding members of the Justice Society, Dr. Fate and Sandman (to add insult to injury, they don't even appear on Joe Gallagher's cover). Also in these pages is Joe Kubert's work on this title, not drawing Hawkman, but rather Dr. Fate. Not to worry though, the Hawkman chapter was in the capable hands of Sheldon Moldoff. Overstreet 2005 NM- 9.2 value = $2,050. CGC census 7/05: 2 in 9.4, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
