Featured in this lot is a 42-page model sheet guide for the Bakshi Animation team that produced Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures! "Like a bolt from the blue with a heart that's true," Mighty Mouse was on his way to CBS Saturday morning animation in Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures (1987-1988), thanks to the innovative team of producer Ralph Bakshi and director John Kricfalusi. This collection of model sheets contains cleaned-up illustrations of regulars like Mighty Mouse and Bat-Bat, and zany characters like Merv Griffin, the "Fleshiosaur", and "Barbasaurus" (the latter two were parodies of Hanna-Barbera's Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble). Measuring 14"x 8.5", this collection of pages is in Good condition exhibiting creases, tears to their edges, and wear.Auction Info
