Rocko's Modern Life "No Pain, No Gain" Rocko and Heffer Production Cel (Nickelodeon, 1993). "I just can't do it, Rocko. I'm bored with "Flab Flambeing." Rocko and Heffer get in gear to start their fitness journey at the exclusive spa Flambe le Flab in this phenomenal hand-painted production cel from the classic Nicktoon Rocko's Modern Life. Seen at about the 7:08 timestamp, this production cel has the dubious Heffer measuring a great figure size of 5.75" x 5.75", while Rocko is seen measuring 2.75" x 3.25", each in their own layer of the 12-field cel, showcased on a printed background. The cel comes with a COA, and the top layer of the cel shows a Nickelodeon sticker in the top left corner. In Very Good condition with minor handling wear from production.Auction Info
