Fantasia "The Pastoral Symphony" Melinda Centaurette Concept Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). Here is a rare studio animator's practice model sheet featuring the centaurette Melinda from the unforgettable "Pastoral Symphony" segment of Fantasia. These wonderful drawings are attributed to Disney Legend inductee Fred Moore, also well known for his "Freddie's Girls" studio pin-up drawings. The drawings are rendered in graphite and color pencil on 12 field animation paper. The drawings are trimmed to image and mounted to a 12 field sheet of 5-peghole animation paper. The sheet is framed under glass with a mat window size of 11" x 9.5" and an overall frame size of 17" x 15.25". The frame is sold as-is. Minor handling with some stains, surface scuffing, and toning, and the condition is Good.
