Description
Looney Tunes "Birth of a Notion" Limited Edition Cel #430/500 Signed by Chuck Jones (Warner Brothers, 1988). Long-sold out! This limited edition cel was created using an original Chuck Jones drawing. The cel features Bugs Bunny as a cameraman while Daffy Duck directs Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner in a scene that could easily be from one of their shorts. Hand-painted on an oversize acetate cel and signed by the legendary animator, Chuck Jones (1912 - 2002). In a career spanning over 60 years, Jones made more than 300 animated films, winning three Academy Awards® as director and in 1996 an honorary OSCAR® for Lifetime Achievement. This fantastic limited edition is numbered 430/500, framed to 21.5" x 41" with a matboard aperture of 13" x 32". Frames sold as-is. Artwork condition is Fine.Auction Info
