The Adventures of Gulliver Original Title Card/Cel with Key Master Background (Hanna-Barbera, 1968). Here's a rare main title card for Hanna-Barbera's The Adventures of Gulliver. The title card consists of a hand-painted 12 field production cel paired with the matching hand-painted Key Master background. Title cards, or a title sequence for a television series, have routinely played a central role in establishing the show's identity. Repeated at the beginning of every new and rebroadcast episode, usually with limited changes over the course of the series' run, they can become highly memorable. The Adventures of Gulliver is a television cartoon that aired Saturday mornings on ABC between 1968 and 1970. Seventeen episodes were produced, which were syndicated as part of The Banana Splits and Friends Show in the early 1970s. This rare title card is presented in Very Good condition with edge wear and a torn peghole, easily framed over.Auction Info
