Description

Cindella Horse, Anastasia, Drizella, and Prince Color Model Cel Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1950). This lot presents a great trio of 16-field hand-painted and hand-inked color model cels featuring one of the mice turned into a horse, Anastasia, Drizella, and the Prince from Disney's emblematic animated classic, Cinderella. The confused mouse-turned-horse is similar to the one seen at the 45:26 mark, during the famous "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo" scene, measuring 5" x 7.5" on the 16-field cel. Pausing the movie at the 40:16 mark will show a similar image to the color model of Drizella and Anastasia in their swanky ballroom dresses, sharing an overall image size of 9.25" x 7.25". The Prince also makes an appearance in full figure, measuring 3.25" x 6.75" on his color model cel, comparable to what we see at the 52:56 mark of the movie. The horse cel shows paint residue from a different cel and is stapled by the top edge to a black sheet. The cel of Drizella and Anastasia is a two-layer cel. Light paint residue can be seen on the Prince's cel. Overall, the lot shows some handling and edge wear from production. In Good condition.
