Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team "Reunion" Aina Sahalin Production Cel with Production Background and Matching Animation Drawing (Sunrise, 1997). Shiro and Aina have a tender moment together in a hot spring in the seventh episode of this OVA series, and things literally get a little steamy. This lot features a lovely 3-peghole production cel, matching animation drawing, and production background from the 12-episode OVA series. Aina, the deuteragonist and test pilot for the Apsaras Project, can be found at roughly 19:46 as she stands while the wind blows a few clouds of steam over her. She is beautifully hand-painted, measuring roughly 9.25'' x 7.5'' on a 10.5'' x 9'' cel, while the production cel measures about the same. The two have matching numbers of C18 and the cel is presented on a 14'' x 10'' watercolor production background on background board marked 129. The background isn't from the scene, though may be from the OVA series. The cel, animation drawing, and background are all in Very Good condition with minor edge and handling wear and faint line fading on the cel.
