The Little Mermaid TV Series Sebastian Production Cel with Production Background (Walt Disney, c. 1990s). We have in this lot a wonderful hand-painted production cel from The Little Mermaid TV series that showcases a fabulous full-figure image of the beloved crustacean, featured on an amazing pan-sized production background. The worried Sebastian is seen measuring a figure size of 3.5" x 5" on the 12-field production cel numbered A199 in the bottom right corner. The production background, rendered in gouache on background board, presents a wonderful beach measuring 20.5" x 9". Overall, the lot shows minor handling and edge wear from production.
