Description

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Snow White Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1937). "I really feel quite happy now." Snow White begins her friendship with the deer, squirrels, and other animals of the forest, and she assures them that she feels so much better after singing "With a Smile and a Song". The first Disney princess was voiced by Adriana Caselotti (1916 - 1997), modeled after dancer Marge Champion (1919 - 2020), and her supervising animator was Disney Legend Hamilton Luske (1903 - 1968). This beautiful, large graphite with color pencil animation drawing of Snow can be found immediately after the song ends at about 13:36. Snow measures about 5.5'' x 6.25'' with a sweet smile and is marked 21 in the lower right with a studio production stamp in the lower left noting the drawing is from Sequence 3 and Scene 21. The drawing also includes a blue 22 stamped on the back. Very Good condition for this drawing from the heartwarming scene with light edge and handling wear and faint age-related toning.
