Description
The Art of Tim Rogerson - "Jessica" Signed Giclée Sold-Out Limited Edition Print on Canvas 36/95 (Walt Disney/Collectors Editions, 2006). She's without a doubt the sexiest animated cartoon ever (sorry, Betty Boop)... of course we're talking about Jessica Rabbit from Disney's classic feature Who Framed Roger Rabbit! Here she is, singing a sultry version of Peggy Lee's "Why Don't You Do Right" in an image painted by Tim Rogerson, a seasoned artist who was named an official artist for the 2006 Olympics Winter Team. Tim's father was a Show Director at Walt Disney World and an avid Disney collector; growing up around these wonderful characters inspired Tim to pursue art as a career, and he studied at the Ringling School of Art and Design where he won "best of" awards in 2003 and 2004. Tim used oil paints to create this eye-popping image of Jessica, which was printed as a very low-number limited edition giclée on stretched canvas measuring approximately 20" x 40" x 1.25" and includes a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the publisher, Collectors Editions. There is a bit of wear along the outer edges of the canvas, but the overall condition is Very Good with minor handling.Auction Info
