Description
Wimmin is a Myskery Popeye Cartoon Storyboard Art Group of 3 (Max Fleischer, 1940). In this "dream sequence" short, Popeye and Olive Oyl marry and have four bratty sons (who would later become known as Popeye's nephews Pipeye, Peepeye, Poopeye, and Pupeye). Here are three original storyboard drawings featuring the boys as they break Olive's broom (four times!), created during the making of this Dave Fleischer-directed short and released on 6/7/1940. Art is in graphite with blue, yellow, and red pencil on paper measuring approximately 7.5" x 5.75". Image areas are 6.25" x 4.5". All three have tack holes and minor handling.
