Mother Goose Goes Hollywood Stan Laurel Color Model Drawing (Walt Disney, 1938). Simple Simon, a caricature of Stan Laurel, does a little fishing in reverse in this zany scene from the Silly Symphony short, Mother Goose Goes Hollywood. Graphite with red pencil on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper, noted as number 17 in the lower corner. Nice 7" image. T. Hee caricatures of Golden Age Hollywood stars of this time period are highly sought after by collectors. Mild age-related toning, normal handling and edge wear.
