Irv Novick and Tex Blaisdell Joker #8 Story Page 19 Original At (DC, 1976). The Clown Prince of Crime releases moths doused in the Scarecrow's fear toxin into a crowd at the Central Park Zoo, sending them into a panic on this page from "The Scarecrow's Fearsome Face-Off!" Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The page is lightly toned. Stripped-in text correction taped from the back in Panel 3, adhesive residue in the top and bottom margins, production tape in the top margin, and blue pencil marks.
