Golden Boy "Temptation of the Maiden" Kintaro and Naoko Production Cel (A.P.P.P., c. 1995-96). "How warm her hand is!" The "innocent" Naoko leads a smitten Kintaro to her room in this comedic original production cel from the hilarious comedy anime Golden Boy. Seen at the 7:50 mark of the episode "Temptation of the Maiden," this cel captures one of the many exaggerated facial expressions for which the series is known. A perfect piece to encapsulate the spirit of Golden Boy, this cel has a hand-painted image area of 5"x 6.75" on the 12 field cel. The matching original animation drawing is adhered to the back of the cel, rendered in graphite and color pencil on 12 field animation paper. Both the cel and drawing are numbered A29 in the upper right corner, and they show minor handling and edge wear from normal studio use. Some paint separation and professional restoration on the cel. The condition is Fair to Good.
