Pep Comics #29 (MLJ, 1942) CGC Apparent GD 2.0 Slight (C-1) Slightly brittle pages. Irv Novick and Alex Schomburg teamed up for this over-the-top Japanese and Nazi World War II cover. Inside the book, the origin of the Shield is retold, and there are even a couple of hanging panels. The issue also contains an early Archie appearance. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: small amount of color touch on cover. Right Edge of Cover Trimmed."
