Description
TRON Concept Art by Peter Lloyd (Walt Disney, 1982). Here's a gorgeous piece of concept art for the Walt Disney Sci-Fi feature film TRON. The artwork was created by famed illustrator, Peter Lloyd (1944 - 2009). The freelance illustrator's client list included National Geographic, Playboy and Esquire. Lloyd worked on creating and refining digital effects for the 1982 film TRON. He went on to work with many other motion picture clients including Paramount Pictures, often as a conceptual or storyboard artist and later worked extensively with the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum on the 1996 IMAX documentary Cosmic Voyage. This extraordinary painting measures about 14" x 20" in a frame of 25" x 19.5". Frame sold as-is. The art is from the personal collection of TRON producer Donald Kushner.
