Description
Hooded Menace #nn (Avon, 1951) CGC FN+ 6.5 Off-white to white pages. Based on a band of hooded outlaws in the Pacific Northwest active from 1900-1906. This was the only issue of the title. Story art by Louis Ravielli. The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books rates it a "7" ("scarce") on its Scarcity Index, and mid- to high-grade copies consistently sell for well above their price guide values. Overstreet 2023 FN 6.0 value = $696; VF 8.0 value = $1,485. CGC census 11/23: 3 in 6.5, 9 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
