Castle in the Sky "Half a Fried Egg" Sheeta and Pazu SOLD-OUT Limited Edition Cel #11/20 (Studio Ghibli, 1986). "I'm so happy. I was starving." Pazu shares his lunch with Sheeta in this incredibly rare hand-painted and sold-out limited edition cel from the Hayao Miyazaki anime film Castle in the Sky, originally available only at the Ghibli Museum in Japan. The first animated movie formally created by the acclaimed Studio Ghibli, Castle in the Sky, remains one of the most popular films to come out of the famed studio and started a tradition of animated masterpieces with its engaging characters, enchanting animation, and beautiful soundtracks. This stunning limited edition cel replicates the scene at the 29:13 mark of the movie, and it presents both characters sharing an image size of 4.75" x 4.25", numbered 11/20 in the bottom right corner, and featured on a high-quality print of the background. The lot is offered on a 12.25" x 10" glass-fronted frame with a 7.75" x 5.25" mat opening and an Art Collection of Ghibli Museum embossed stamp in the bottom right corner of the mat. Included with the lot are the original box, a Certificate of Authenticity, and two sheets of Kiki's Delivery Service note paper. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition. The box shows some handling wear. The cel is in Fine condition.
