The Disney Store - Donald Duck & The Golden Harp "Mickey and the Beanstalk" Character Display Figure (Walt Disney, c. 1990s-2000s). This is a beautiful character display figure of Donald Duck and The Golden Harp that was used in a large "Mickey and the Beanstalk" Disney Store display. The display was inspired by the 1947 Disney short film of the same name, based on Jack and the Beanstalk, and features Donald holding The Golden Harp whom they rescue from Willie the Giant. These Disney Store characters were never intended to be sold to the public, but were so popular with customers, that they helped inspire the highly collectible Disney Big Figs of the 1990s and 2000s. This Donald display is composed of painted fiberglass with fabric clothing, and measures approximately 34" tall. It is in Very Good condition with minor surface scuffs and wear from its display and removal.Auction Info
