Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas Grinch in Santa Suit Production Cel (MGM, 1966). That mean ol' Grinch is easing down a chimney to steal Christmas goodies, in this original hand-painted 12 field production cel. This holiday favorite appears on television every year, and has been enjoyed by millions of viewers. Collectors prize cels with the Grinch in his "Santa Claus" suit; here, the Grinch has an overall image size of approximately 7.5" x 5". The magenta background is a print, added for presentation purposes. Animation legend Chuck Jones has hand-signed the cel. Cel is noted with a sequence number of 6 in the lower right corner, and includes a Linda Jones seal. A Chuck Jones Gallery Letter of Authentication is included. Very Good condition with minor handling.
