Dan DeCarlo Archie Comics Digest #19 Cover Original Art (Archie, 1976). Archie is happy right where he is in this cover gag by Dan DeCarlo. Redrawn from the cover of Archie #103 originally by Harry Lucey. Great image of Archie, Veronica, Jughead, Betty, and the other teens from Riverdale rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 7.75" x 9.25". Slight toning, staple and pinholes in the top margin, pencil doodles at the right side, residue staining, and smudging/handling wear.
