Showcase #22 Green Lantern (DC, 1959) CGC VG+ 4.5 Off-white to white pages. A brand new Green Lantern made his first appearance in this issue, and it wasn't your father's GL - this one had a new identity (Hal Jordan) and a streamlined costume. Also making their first appearances were Abin Sur, who bestowed the power ring on Hal, and Mr. Jordan's main squeeze (who suddenly becomes his boss!), Carol Ferris.
