Description

Frank Willard Moon Mullins Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 5 (News Syndicate Co., Inc., 1946). Slapstick and sarcasm -- the essence of Willard's classic of lowbrow comedy. This generous array of close-in-time episodes includes 7-24, 7-25, 8-1, 8-2, and 8-16-46. A fine knockabout sequence involving Uncle Willie as a night watchman for Mr. Van Dazzle. Ink over graphite on Bristol board, with approximate image areas of 19.75" x 6". Varied toning and marginal scuffing/scribbling. The strips average Very Good condition.
