Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Donatello and April O'Neil Production Cel and Master Production Background Setup (Murakami-Wolf-Swenson, 1987). There is a lot of Turtle Power going on in this turtle-riffic 3-layer hand-painted cel setup that is placed on a hand-painted Master production background! First, there is a very slinky April O'Neil on the floor, Don has his Bo staff and is ready for action, and the third layer features that dinosaur in the case on the counter!
