Walt Kelly Pogo Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-7-71 (Publishers-Hall Syndicate, 1971). Spring has sprung in the Okefenokee Swamp, and the fishing season has begun again, in this original Sunday comic strip by the incomparable Walt Kelly. Nice example of later Pogo, with Churchy and Albert prominently featured. Ink over blue pencil on Bristol board, with an image size of 23.25" x 16". Matted to an overall size of 28.5" x 21", including a protective sheet of acetate taped over the art. Very Good condition with minor handling and toning.More information about Walt Kelly.
