George Wunder Terry and the Pirates Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 7-4-52 (News Syndicate Co., 1952). A Fourth of July celebration throws off Hotshot and Terry in this masterfully rendered strip by George Wunder, who showcases his use of light and shadow. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 21.75" x 6.5". Toning with light edge and corner wear, and pinholes in the corners.
