Duck Hunt was one of the original launch titles for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This game was originally packaged in with the Deluxe NES console set which also included two controllers, Gyromite, R.O.B. the Robot, and the Zapper light gun controller to use with Duck Hunt. The Zapper allowed players to aim directly at the television display and "shoot" the targets that appeared on screen. This particular copy has the Round Seal of Quality and includes the perforated hangtab on the box.

Duck Hunt became such a huge success in the early days of the NES that the game was repackaged and sold as part of a combo cartridge that also included Super Mario Bros. This combo cartridge was sold packaged with later versions of NES console sets.
